On her left shoulder-blade Sarah has a symbol in the shape of a simplified hand with two fingers and two movement stripes. It's the Inner Smile Salute, the symbol of the Inner Smile frequency. To evoke it you need to hold your thumb and index finger against each other with the exact distance between it and shake your wrist to get the exact frequency. The opening between the two fingers is the dosage for the exact amount of cosmic love that is needed to connect with your Inner Smile. Once you reach the correct vibration a light ball appears in the palm of your hand. When Sarah raises her left hand in the air while doing this her Falcon appears from a light gate in the air and sits on her hand.
