General Caeco is the leader of Caecorp Inc. and the eternal arch-enemy of Meamundo, is an evil tyrant from another world who wants to steal the Inner Smile Prism, the energy source of the Inner Smile, destroy the world of Meamo and turn it into a dark mechanical world without passion. He surrounds himself with mechanical drones in all kinds of shapes. These can fire pain and negative emotions and drain the Meamicas of their energy. In the story General Caeco finds the gateway to the human world where he is a methaphor for all the negative things that darken the minds and hearts of people who haven’t found their Inner Smile yet. Helping people find their Inner Smile is one of Sarah’s longtime quests as the Inner Smile Warrior.
